A tired, hatching gull chick.
The northern spotted owl lives in old-growth forests and ranks among the largest in North America. Spotted owls don’t migrate for the winter and is one of the few species of owl to have dark coloured eyes. An individual needs 3000 acres to survive due to scarcity of its food source.
